Service calls and tune-ups make up the largest share of our Rocklin work — 38 jobs, mostly diagnostics, balance adjustments, roller and seal replacements. Repairs (springs, cables, hardware) come next at 30, with springs being the most common single issue. Opener and panel work runs 18.
