These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at lmsgaragedoors.com (the "Website") and any services provided by LMS Garage Doors, LLC ("LMS," "we," "us," "our"), a California limited liability company at 8084 Old Auburn Rd, Suite C, Citrus Heights, CA 95610.

Acceptance of terms

By using the Website, requesting a quote, or hiring us for a job, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Website or our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

Services we provide

LMS provides residential and commercial garage door installation, repair, maintenance, and emergency service in Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado counties, California. The specific scope of any service we perform for you will be set out in a written estimate or work order at the time of service.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any lawful reason, including (without limitation) safety concerns, work outside our service area, or work outside our area of expertise.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates we give over the phone are preliminary and based on the information you provide. The final price for any work is the price written in the on-site estimate that you approve before work begins.

If we discover during the job that additional work is needed beyond the approved scope, we will stop, explain the situation, and obtain your approval (and a revised written estimate) before proceeding.

Pricing displayed on the Website (e.g., "from $130") is illustrative of common job ranges and not a binding quote.

Workmanship warranty

We provide a 90-day workmanship warranty on labor and a 3–5 year manufacturer warranty on parts (specific term varies by component). Both warranties are written on every paid invoice.

The workmanship warranty covers defects in our installation. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, weather events, normal wear, modifications by anyone other than LMS, or work performed by others.

Manufacturer warranties on parts are governed by the terms set by the manufacturer. We will assist you in submitting warranty claims to manufacturers when applicable.

Website use

The Website is provided for informational purposes about our services and to make it easier to contact us. The information on the Website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies, and we reserve the right to correct them and update content at any time.

Third-party links. The Website may contain links to third-party sites we don't operate. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.

No professional advice. Articles, FAQ entries, and similar content are general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. For diagnosis or service of your garage door, please contact us directly.

• Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• By providing your mobile number when requesting service, you consent to receiving service-related text messages from us. Marketing messages, if any, require a separate opt-in.

Limitation of liability

Website warranty disclaimer. THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
